Begin by Registering on the Home Page. Download the Gwinnett County Volunteer Waiver of Liability Form here. Return the completed form to us via email prior to beginning your Community Service.
Complete a contract
Download the Community Service Contract or Complete The Registration Form on the Home Page. We will reach out to you to confirm your Community Svc. Assignment.
perform service
Complete This Community Service Log and have a Supervising Staff/Witness Sign Each Day on Your Log. Return this Log To Our Office Via Email or Fax.
confirmation
DSG Will Confirm and Approve Your Community Service And Send a Formal Letter of Completion To You & One Additional Party (Lawyer, P.O., Judge, etc.) upon receipt of your payment.
